1. What’s included in the Free Plan?
You can view, sort, and filter the basic directory. You will see any States/Counties added as we grow the directory. However, the tax sale info column is hidden.
2. What do I get with the Basic Plan?
The Basic Plan unlocks the Tax Sale Info column in the directory — including links to county sale sites, auction pages, and available sale lists where applicable.
3. What does the Investor Plan include?
In addition to everything in the Basic Plan, the Investor Plan includes email updates and alerts when new tax sale information is released for your selected counties. This saves you all the research time required to monitor the county sales.
4. How do I choose which counties I want updates for?
Once you subscribe to the Investor Plan, we’ll email you to collect your counties of interest. You can choose up to 3 counties, and add more at an additional fee.
5. Can I change my selected counties later?
Yes! Just reply to your confirmation email or reach out through the Contact page, and we’ll update your selections.
6. How often is the directory updated?
We monitor county websites weekly and post updates as soon as new tax sale info becomes available. Some counties update frequently, while others may only post once or twice per year.
7. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us directly. You’ll retain access through the end of your paid term.
